RJS equipment is made with high quality materials delivering prolonged useful lifespans. However, some maintenance and service will be required over time to replace broken or worn items. Belt Guide Repair
Worn or damaged DISCIPLIGN™ Belt Guides can be repaired to like-new working condition. Units returned to RJS are thoroughly inspected by our technicians and an estimate is provided prior to proceeding with repairs. The belt guide will be disassembled, cleaned, and worn parts and bearings replaced with new components. Contact RJS Sales for a return authorization prior to shipment to our facility.
Plunger Retrofit Program
Earlier Model 70 Plunger Machines in good mechanical condition can be traded to upgrade to the newest version available. Mark IV instrumentation will replace existing manual control valves, Mark I, II, or III instrumentation, and the electronic load cell or hydraulic load cell/dial indicator with computer-driven servo-valve controls. Upon delivery of the upgraded machine, the user returns their existing machine to RJS.
Missing or broken accessory components are available and can be supplied with the upgrade. RJS also offers plunger probe packs to replace any damaged probes.
