The supporting frames of a creel system accurately position the tension controllers according to the system design. Creel frames are offered as standard or precision frame suitable for autoloading. Typically, creel frames are arranged in five or six levels and are divided into 5-foot or 10-foot sections. Intermediate support rollers (ISR) mounted to the creel frame uphold the cords as they travel along the length of the creel. Custom designed creel frames can be fabricated upon request.
